Since I can remember, I have had a passion for learning and empowering others. Sharing knowledge and helping translate that knowledge through action is what I believe empowerment is all about and one of my core values. Over 25 years ago, I fulfilled my passion and started a firm to help others gain-awareness and implement change. As a psychologist; now coach and consultant, my vision is to continue empowering women by leveraging their unique abilities, helping them find their voice, increase confidence to become great leaders and influencers in their personal and business life. To realize this, I started EleVateHER Mastermind and Beyond the Cover- a community of women who support, inspire, and uplift one another through learning, discussion, and self-awareness. 
Personally, I have dedicated my life to self and professional growth leading me to earn a Doctorate degree in Psychology with Neuroscience specialization, Masters in Neuropharmacology, Masters in Business Administration and various additional certifications as well as teaching in two major universities.
